SaveSquare is an AI bookmark manager that runs as a browser extension. It files every link you save into the right folder for you, then keeps your whole library searchable and shareable through a single URL.

Can I use AI to organize my bookmarks?

Yes. SaveSquare reads each page as you save it and sorts it into a matching folder on its own. You never have to name a folder, drag a link, or decide where something belongs.

I have thousands of bookmarks and can't find anything. Can this help?

Yes, and the fix is to stop repairing folders and start relying on search. Once a library passes a few hundred links, no folder structure survives, because you stop remembering what you called things. SaveSquare files each link as you save it and lets you pull anything back by typing part of its title.

What is the best way to organize bookmarks?

The best system is the one you don't have to maintain by hand. Folders work early on, then filing turns into the chore that stops you saving at all. Let a tool sort links as they arrive and lean on search instead of memory. That approach holds up whether you have 200 bookmarks or 20,000.

Why do I keep saving links and never coming back to them?

Because a saved link disappears the moment you close the tab. Most people bookmark into a folder they never open again, which is how read later quietly becomes read never. Sorting links by topic as they arrive keeps the pile browsable instead of buried, so what you saved is still findable a month later.

How many bookmarks are too many?

Most browsers have no hard limit, so the real ceiling is the point where you stop being able to find things. For most people that arrives somewhere in the low hundreds. The problem at that stage isn't storage, it's retrieval, and a manager with proper search removes the ceiling entirely.

What is the fastest way to clean up messy bookmarks?

Don't do it one link at a time. Import the whole set into a manager that sorts them for you, then work from search rather than rebuilding a folder tree by hand. Trying to reorganise thousands of links manually is what makes most people abandon the job halfway.

Can I bring my existing bookmarks with me?

Yes. Importing copies your existing bookmarks into SaveSquare and leaves your browser's own bookmarks where they are. You can export everything back out as HTML, JSON, or CSV whenever you want, so nothing is locked in. Starter covers up to 100 imports, and Pro import is unlimited.

Can anyone else see my bookmarks?

No. Your saved links stay private to your account by default. A folder only becomes viewable when you deliberately generate a sharing link for it, and you can delete your data at any time from the extension Account tab.

How do I share a set of links with someone?

Send one link instead of twenty. Generate a sharing link for a whole folder from the extension, and whoever opens it sees everything inside. You can generate a fresh link whenever you want.
